WHAT'S INSIDE?
Weeks 1–2
- Movement & Mobility: Mobilise and decompress the shoulders, scapula and ribcage, create space, and relearn proper shoulder mechanics.
- Isometric Strength: Build strength at your current range to increase usable motion and joint control.
Weeks 2–4
- Movement & Mobility Floor Work Circuit: Continue from weeks 1-2 plus adds low-intensity, ground-based movement to reinforce shoulder stability, positioning, and breathing coordination in a closed chain environment.
- Isometric Strength: Continue to build strength at your current range to increase usable motion and joint control.
Weeks 4–8
- Dynamic Strength Session 1: Builds dynamic and reciprocating pressing and pulling strength while building strength in key postural and stabilisation muscles.
- Dynamic Strength Session 2: Overhead reciprocating pressing and pulling strength combined with ground based closed chain strength & coordination drills.
