I started the hip mobility program on Friday, and I have just been practicing the warm up drill as my hips are already “feeling it”. This is the best program I have come across on the internet. Evin goes into so much detail, the mindful movement/awareness of how I’m mobilising my hips is excellent, as well as including the contractions is taking me to a whole new level. Even after my first day I could feel a difference! Today is my 5th day, and I will start the additional exercises. I have a deep/sense of flossing my hips, and as anyone here will know, the rest (as they say) is history. I have never been so convinced that a program can be so effective. As a road cyclist this is very exciting, and I can say with the utmost confidence that through this program I will finally reach my full potential and will give me the confidence to start racing again. I just wanted to hop on here and say I’ve been doing your full body program but just purchased hip mobility. I started yesterday so I’ve done two of the daily mobilisation days and the first isometric. I went for my run today and the nagging tightness in my right foot wasn’t there and I am so so thankful!
