In order for us to get the most from our consultation I need you to complete some important steps to help me best prepare to help you.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you have not completed and submitted the pre-requisite assessment at least 6-hours before the consultation, the call will not take place.

HOW THE ASSESSMENT WORKS
DRESSCODE FOR ASSESSMENT:
MEN: Ideally just a shorts, and at the very least, a muscle fit t-shirt, no socks or shoes, must be barefoot.
WOMEN: Tank top or sports bra and shorts, no socks or shoes, must be barefoot.

HOW TO TAKE ASSESSMENT PICTURES OF YOURSELF:
Please set up your camera at chest height and take picture of yourself as instructed & illustrated below:
- Front
- Back
- Both SidesĀ
Please make sure the picture is clear and taken in a well lit room. I need to see everything from head to toe, including feet, ankles, knees.
